1) Candidates eligible for the Assistant Engineer (Civil) position must fill out the online application on the official website [https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/cidcoapr23/](https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/cidcoapr23/) from January 19, 2024, to February 20, 2024.

2) The right to make decisions regarding postponement, cancellation, alteration in the nature, date, and venue of the competitive online examination, as well as changes in the number of positions, reservations, and relaxation in age criteria, lies solely with the CIDCO administration. If candidates eligible for the reserved category do not qualify, their eligibility will be considered as per the rules for other eligible candidates in the social reservation category.

3) The final authority to make decisions regarding the recruitment process-related grievances rests with CIDCO management, and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

4) Candidates who have previously registered their names with Employment and Self-Employment Guidance Centers / Employment Offices / Social Welfare / Tribal Development Project Officer / District Soldiers’ Board / Handicap Welfare Office, etc., are required to apply online for the examination. Online applications will be accepted for this recruitment. However, for the current recruitment, applications will be accepted only through the online method.

5) Since candidates will be submitting their applications online, there is no need to attach educational documents or other certificates. However, candidates must fill in all the necessary and accurate information based on their eligibility carefully. Candidates are not allowed to complain or appeal if any mistakes or errors occur during the online application process. The responsibility for any such issues lies entirely with the candidate. The information submitted in the online application cannot be changed. All the conditions mentioned in the advertisement, including educational qualifications, reservations, age limits, relaxations, etc., will be verified during the online application process.

6. Examination and Document Verification: Candidates are advised that based on the eligibility mentioned in their online application, no right whatsoever will be retained regarding any document verification or scrutiny after the completion of the examination. The determination of eligibility will be done only after the thorough scrutiny of the documents. A provisional list will be published based on the eligibility mentioned in the online application, and candidates will be required to undergo a complete document verification process. If any candidate is found ineligible during this process, their selection will be invalidated. 7. Reservation for Candidates from Other States: Consideration will not be given to candidates from other states who have obtained reserved positions through inter-state transfers in Maharashtra.

8. Expenses for Online Exam and Document Verification: Candidates are required to bear their own expenses for the online examination, document verification, and any other related processes.

11. Admit Card for the Exam: The responsibility for downloading the admit card from the indicated website lies entirely with the candidates. Admit cards will not be sent through any other means.

12. Publication of Final Results: The final results of eligible candidates will be announced on the [www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in](www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in) website.

13. Record Keeping: Until the completion of the recruitment process, candidates are advised to save and preserve their Application ID along with the password and maintain the registered mobile number/email for future communications.
