Tasks:

Managing the technical aspect of projects:

• Gather information from various sources like data warehouses, databases, and data integration tools.
• Develop processes and policies for managing records.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency and automating processes.
• Establish and maintain automated data processes.
• Evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
• Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyzing data sets:

• Communicate with internal and external clients to understand data content fully.
• Design and conduct surveys as per customer requirements.
• Analyze complex data sets related to customers’ businesses and prepare reports using business analytics tools.
• Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to demonstrate business performance and compare with sector and competitor benchmarks.
• Analyze large datasets, draw valid conclusions, and present them effectively to management using reporting tools.
