The Nirankari Rajmata Scholarship is a program designed to help students who need financial support pursue their dreams of studying professional and technical courses at college. The Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation runs this scholarship, aiming to assist students who might struggle financially to afford their education in fields like engineering or medicine. The scholarship is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation is offering this scholarship opportunity to students who are studying technical or professional courses. The main goal is to help students who are both talented and in need of financial assistance. Those selected for the scholarship will have their tuition fees waived, up to INR 75,000 per year.

Thanks to the support of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj, the Foundation has introduced this Scholarship Scheme to help deserving students pursue their education in professional and technical fields at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as those who excel in sports and cultural activities at the state or national level. The scheme was started in the academic year 2014-15 to assist students based on their merit and financial need, aiming to give them a chance to succeed in their chosen fields. It’s been renamed the “Nirankari Rajmata Scholarship Scheme” since the academic year 2015-16.

Eligibility: Any student meeting the criteria and wanting to pursue higher education in India can apply. 50% of the scholarship is reserved for girls, but if there aren’t enough eligible girls, the funds can be used for other students.
Assessment Process: A committee from the Education Department of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation will evaluate the financial situation of the applicant’s family. This committee considers various factors like family income, dependents, socio-economic background, academic performance, and even visits the applicant’s home in certain cases.
Financial Assistance: Assistance is provided based on the student’s needs and their ability to pursue their chosen course. To be eligible, the student must have secured at least 90% in their Class XII exams and must have admission offers in certain disciplines recognized by the government.
Application Process: Students must have gained admission through a written competitive exam. Scholarships are available for first-year students and previous recipients who maintain a minimum 75% marks each year.
Discontinuation and Restoration: If a student fails an exam, the scholarship stops. However, exceptions may be made for circumstances beyond the student’s control.
Application Does Not Guarantee Assistance: Applying doesn’t guarantee assistance. The decision lies with the Education Committee of SNCF, and there’s no reconsideration of their decision.

To qualify for the scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be enrolled as a regular student in a university or institution recognized by the central or state government.
You must have gained admission to an institute or university through a competitive written test.
You must have received an admission offer in one of the following fields:
- Engineering (or similar disciplines)
- Medicine (Allopathic/Ayurvedic/Homeopathic)
- MBA/PGDM
- Architecture
- Chartered Accountancy (after passing CPT examination)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (after passing Foundation test)
- LLB (after qualifying degree exams or entrance test)
- Journalism and Mass Communication
You should have achieved a minimum of 90% marks in your Class 12 examination.
Your family’s total annual income from all sources should be less than INR 3,50,000.

To apply for the scholarship, you’ll need the following documents:

Completed application form with a photo attached.
Self-attested copies of:
- Latest payslip and Income Tax return of all earning family members or a family income certificate issued by SDM, BDO, or Tehsildar.
- Admission slip or letter from the university/institution.
- Mark sheets starting from Class 10.
- Certificates of Class 10 and 12.
- Results of all semesters’ exams.
- Latest fee receipts issued by the university/institute.
- Residence proof (Ration card, Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN card, etc.).
- Passbook copy and cancelled cheque from the student’s savings bank account (if seeking reimbursement).
A certificate from the institution stating:
- The student hasn’t received any other scholarship.
- The student hasn’t taken admission through management or any other quota.
- The family’s total income from all sources is not more than INR 3,50,000 per annum.
