Job Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining data models that accurately represent our organization’s data assets. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable data models.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL processes.
- Use industry-standard methodologies and tools to implement data models.
- Utilize cloud technologies like AWS and Azure for scalable data solutions.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with database administrators and development teams.
- Provide expertise on database design and BI best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data standards and regulations.
- Perform data analysis and visualization for business insights.
- Stay updated on BI technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling tools and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
