Wipro is Hiring for Business Analyst

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to assist business units in using collections banking systems effectively, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency.

Provide consultative assistance to assigned business units:

  • Analyze business unit needs, objectives, and requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and desired processes and systems.
  • Coordinate cost/benefit analysis and involve appropriate IT areas.

Build strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and technical support:

  • Offer strong project management services.

Work cross-functionally with end users and technical teams:

  • Collect and evaluate data from multiple sources.
  • Resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needs.

  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings:
  • Develop and implement business solutions.
    Optimize operations and conduct impact analysis of new products and systems.

Plan and drive product definitions:

  •  Develop road maps for assigned projects.
  • Define release priorities, product improvements, and enhancements.

     Track and document changes:
  • Develop and maintain system protocols and standard operating procedures.

 Fully document functional and business specifications.

Participate in user acceptance testing projects:

  • Develop testing scenarios and scripts.
  •  Identify and document functional test cases.
  •  Execute test scripts for upgrades or conversions.

Operate in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations:

  • Ensure adherence to security requirements and regulatory guidelines.

 Function as project team leader or participate as a business unit lead:

  • Contribute as a project team member or subject matter expert during core banking conversions.

     Maintain professional and technical knowledge:
  •  Attend educational workshops and review professional publications.
  •  Network and participate in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong research, time management, and organizational skills.
  •  Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Extensive experience in business process flows and test plan creation.
  •  Knowledge of statutory banking regulations and operational policies.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office products and financial industry core processing systems.
  •  Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team, understanding customer requirements and articulating them to the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are provided.

  •  Gather and engage with customer requirements:
  • Interface with client engagement partners to understand requirements.
  •  Detail scope documents and functional requirements.
  •  Construct workflow charts and diagrams.

    – Engage with internal teams:
  • Collaborate with project managers, pre-sales teams, and technical leads.
  •  Design and formulate responses to RFP/RFIs.

    Empower customers:
  • Demonstrate and present proposed solutions/prototypes.
  • Maintain relationships with customers for business integration and lead generation.

    Engage with delivery team:
  • Provide feedback on proposed solutions.
  • Review test cases for coverage of customer requirements.

    Support QA team:
  • Provide inputs/feedback for testing.
  • Conduct integration testing and user acceptance testing.

    Analyze findings and design improvements:
  • Use data modeling practices to analyze findings.
  • Ensure systems capabilities align with business specifications.

    Support project delivery:
  • Define project milestones and phases.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

    Build domain expertise:
  • Share expertise and increase domain knowledge.
  • Contribute to knowledge repository with whitepapers and research papers.

    Identify and create use cases:
  • Conduct market research for project enhancement.
  • Ensure customer delight through continuous improvement.
