Data Analyst, Product – Risk Operations at Urbint

Job Summary: As a Data Analyst, you’ll be part of the Product Risk Operations team at Urbint. This team focuses on developing Urbint’s AI-powered technology, which helps clients make communities safer and more resilient. You’ll work on various activities related to deploying machine learning, developing product features, and creating custom analytical solutions to support internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become an expert on Urbint’s products, understanding how AI benefits the utilities industry.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate performance metrics and insights.
  • Conduct custom analysis and reporting for customer-facing teams.
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure deployed models are up-to-date and performing well.
  • Support research and development efforts for machine learning product features.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology, engineering, or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning Concepts.
  • Practical experience with Python, R, Git, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with GIS products like ArcGIS or QGIS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with visualization and data prep tools is a plus.
  • Utility, Infrastructure, or Energy industry experience is advantageous.
