Ajackus is Hiring for Data Analyst
In the job of Data Analyst on the Customer Success Enablement team, you’ll help our customer-facing teams. Your main job is to make dashboards and reports that show us what customers are doing. This team helps us see how our customers are doing. Your work will help us talk to customers better and make them successful.
To do well in this job, you need to know how to use tools like SQL and BI tools. You also need to be good at talking to people, curious about finding better ways to do things, and able to work on your own to finish projects.
Here’s what you’ll do as a Data Analyst on the Customer Success Enablement team:
- Make SQL queries that are not too simple or too hard.
- Get data ready for tools like Looker.
- Turn data into short stories that show what customers want and how well we’re doing.
- Show reports and ideas to people inside and outside the company.
- Learn everything about what we sell so you know what’s important for customers.
- Find new ideas or ways to do things better using data.
