Job Description: Data Analyst
We’re searching for a Data Analyst who can analyze data and has technical skills to join our team. This role combines analyzing data and using technical tools to help our team understand information from the past and prepare it for analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze old data to find patterns and create models that explain how our business works.
- Get big datasets ready for other team members to use, making sure the data is good quality and easy to access. Use tools like SQL, Python, and R to create strong analytical solutions.
- Design and do ETL processes to make our data flow better and support ongoing analysis.
- Work closely with leaders from different parts of our company to know what they need from our data and help plan our data strategy.
- Help create a culture where decisions are made based on data, and teach others how to best use data for their work.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of tools like Python, R, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience making statistical models and setting up ETL solutions.
- Ability to work well in teams and explain technical stuff to people who might not be technical.
- Good at problem-solving and delivering results.
Preferred Requirements:
- Worked in a Fintech or SaaS company before.
- Know about AI recommendation systems or building AI products or services.
- Fluent in English.
