The Role:

In this job, you’ll help develop solutions using computer programs like Python, Tableau/Power BI, and Advanced Excel for analyzing data. You’ll work with the financial team to understand their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Data:

•  Study how customers behave to see how it affects things like sales and workload.
•  Find connections between sales and costs like temporary help.

Forecasting:

•  Make models to predict future trends based on past data.

Finding Opportunities:

•  Help find areas where the business can
• improve by looking at financial data.
•  Find patterns and new ideas.
•  Work with other leaders to create new plans.

Improving Reports:

•  Make reports easier to understand and automate them.
•  Make better visualizations to help understand problems.

Skills Needed:

•  At least 3 years of experience in data science.
•  A bachelor’s degree in a related field like data science, finance, or computer engineering.
•  Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
•  Good at using Python, Excel, and SQL.
•  Understands statistical modeling.
•  Can work well in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
•  Experience with pricing or sales support is a plus.

Travel and Physical Requirements:

•  Limited travel, about 1-2 weeks per year.
•  Need to work from the office at least 2 days a week in Pune-Kalyani Nagar.
