Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide insights for decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with different teams to understand business needs, design data models, and present findings clearly. The ideal candidate is analytical, skilled in data manipulation, and passionate about uncovering valuable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and transform large data sets for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with teams to define performance indicators.
  • Ensure data accuracy and optimize data collection processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python or R.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations.
