Summary of the Role:
You’ll understand clients’ needs for analysis and help deliver top-notch solutions. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Understand banking problems and suggest solutions.
- Lead projects and create unique solutions.
- Develop the BFSI Analytics practice.
- Support in making ML models.
- Work with Equifax to use bureau-based Analytics.
- Improve team efficiency and manage junior data scientists.
Experience Needed:
- Understanding of banking KPIs.
- 4+ years in BFSI analytics, Big data, or cloud solutions.
- Experience in credit risk modeling and coding in R/Python.
- Regulatory modeling experience is a plus.
- Analytical and able to work in teams.
- Management experience preferred.
