Enveritas is Hiring for Junior Data Analyst
We need a Junior Data Analyst to help us make sure our work with coffee farmers is going well. We’re trying to make sure the coffee they grow is produced in a good way for people and the environment. You’ll be checking data, helping with surveys, and working with our teams in Asia. Most of your work will be in India, but you might also help in other countries nearby.
What you’ll do:
- Check data from surveys every day and fix any mistakes.
- Help train people who collect data.
- Test tools we use for data quality.
- Help make surveys for coffee farmers.
- Do research about coffee in India and other nearby countries.
- Talk to people in the area who are interested in our work.
- Train people who collect data on how to do their job well.
- Help with special projects as needed.
Skills needed:
- Good at working with data and making sure it’s correct.
- Pays attention to details.
- Knows how to use computers and common software.
- Might know programming languages or GIS, but it’s okay if not.
Requirements:
- Degree in subjects like development studies, agriculture, or related fields.
- Some experience in agriculture, especially in the coffee industry.
- Can speak English well and also one of the local languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil).
- Can work well in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and responsible.
