Virtual Work Environment:
- We operate virtually to enhance decision-making speed, eliminate location barriers, offer flexibility, and reduce commuting time.
- While virtual work is predominant, we value in-person collaboration for cultural cohesion and shared success. Freshers will initially work from the Pune office for training over a six-month period.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in training and development activities.
- Engage in learning, experimentation, and asking questions.

- Collaborate with mentors, leads, and stakeholders.
- Meet defined KPIs and business expectations upon project deployment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/MCS/BSc in CS/IT with a minimum of 60% (only 2024/2023/2022 graduates).
- Training in any of the following areas: .NET Angular SQL, SQL Python, Android iOS, Machine Learning Statistics, QA (SQL, STLC), Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Experience: 6 months+ to 1 year preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft, ISTQB, Data Science, or Cloud Certifications (GCP/Azure).
