Job Description
Position: Python Data Analyst
We are looking for a talented and experienced Python Data Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python programming, and the ability to work with large datasets. The Python Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets.
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Analysis:
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.
- Conduct statistical analysis to derive actionable insights.
Data Visualization:
- Create clear and informative data visualizations using Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Develop interactive dashboards for data reporting.
Predictive Modeling:
- Build and implement machine learning models for forecasting, classification, or recommendation.
- Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms as necessary.
Reporting and Insights:
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain data pipelines to ensure data availability and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for data quality improvements.
Documentation:
- Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
- Create and update data dictionaries and documentation for datasets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a reputed college.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst using Python.
- Proficient in Python programming and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience in machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Working knowledge of GCP/Azure/AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
