About the Role
Hobart is a tool made by BNP Paribas to manage user requests. It helps the support team deal with user problems and give them to the right people to fix. The team can track the requests and talk to users. Hobart can even make tickets from emails and show how well things are going with graphs and reports.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Â Talk well, both in writing and speaking
- Â Understand what users need and help them
- Â Follow the rules for projects
- Â Talk with the support team about user questions
- Â Check the app to make sure it works right
 Make reports with Excel charts
Extra Responsibilities
- Â Keep track of user requests and make reports for bosses
- Â Help the testing team with some tests

- Â Understand basic SQL for simple database tasks
