Benefits of the Scholarship Program
- Tuition and Other Fees: The scholarship covers tuition fees, annual fees, one-time fees, hostel charges, and other college/university/institution fees, excluding caution money or any refundable amounts. These funds are directly deposited into the student’s account through DBT.
- Mess/Hostel Charges: Degree & Diploma/Polytechnic/ITI students receive ₹1200 per month for mess/hostel charges, while ₹1000 per month is provided for ten months, following the guidelines of the ST & SC Development, Minorities, and BCW Department.
Additional Notes:
1. Refunds and Penalties: Institutions will handle refunds and penalties according to the guidelines of the relevant Department/Institution. Any refundable security deposit is not part of the scholarship and must be paid by the student.
2. Scholarship Conditions: If a student is found to have obtained the scholarship through false information, discontinues studies, or receives another scholarship, the scholarship may be canceled.
